Rheinbahn: from five minutes to twenty seconds per application
Rheinbahn in Düsseldorf receives thousands of school certificates for the Deutschlandticket. We built a platform that reads each one, checks it against the rules and shows staff only what needs a decision.
Measured in daily use: a case that took about five minutes by hand now takes around twenty seconds.

What we build
Four kinds of systems, each one already running for a client.
Document AI
Forms, certificates and letters read, checked against your rules and routed. Cases that need a person still go to a person.
See the projectAI phone assistant
Answers every call, day and night, and books appointments into your calendar. Built for law firms and professional practices.
How it worksVisibility in search and AI answers
We find out why Google and ChatGPT do not show your business, then fix the website and measure what changes.
Custom software and automation
The internal tool or integration that no product on the market covers, built around how your team actually works.
How we work
A small company on purpose. Every project gets the founder's full attention.
- You talk to the engineer
- No account managers in between. The person who scopes your project writes the code.
- Production, not prototypes
- We design, build, deploy and maintain the system until it runs in your daily operations.
- Measured, not promised
- We agree on what success looks like before we start, then measure it in your real process.

Law Firm Answering Service vs AI Receptionist: Which Is Right for Your Firm?
A law firm answering service uses trained human agents to screen and route your calls, typically billed per minute or per call. An AI receptionist uses conversational software to answer instantly, 24/7, at a fraction of the cost. For most firms, the AI receptionist wins on price and speed, while a hybrid model wins on nuance for sensitive calls.
Optimizing a website for AI search: what we changed on koana-labs.com
Most AI crawlers don't run JavaScript, so a site that builds its content in the browser shows them an empty page. We moved koana-labs.com from a client-rendered React app to statically rendered Next.js, fixed a canonical URL that pointed at the wrong domain, named the AI crawlers in robots.txt and added structured data. Nothing here is clever. It is plumbing, and it decides whether an AI assistant can read your site at all.
